Prototype and Fixture Machinist
Are you a skilled machinist looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Do you take pride in precision work and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Machinist in our Manual department, where craftsmanship, collaboration, and innovation drive the work you will do on this team.

- Machine prototype parts for current and potential new customers.
- Design and improve fixtures to support production efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop solutions.

Milling Machinist
Job Description
Our Milling department is looking to add a machinist in the vertical and secondary milling area. We are looking for someone with previous experience in machine particularly CNC Milling on mills. Below are some expectations and responsibilities in this position:
Responsibilities:
- Able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Inspecting parts throughout shift using various technics and tools such as calipers, thread gages, height gages, and other various gages.
- Machining parts on vertical mills, primarily, and performing secondary operations based upon requirements and specifications to each job.
- Maintain proper fluid levels on the machines you are operate on.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment.
Qualifications:
- A mid to high level of mechanical aptitude.
- Open to continuous improvement and implementation of improvements.
- Able to work well with others on in your department as well as across the organization as needed.

- Previous experience in setting up CNC Mills is preferred but not required. An openness to learn setting up vertical mills is expected.
- Previous experience with programming is preferred but not required.

- Previous experience on multi spindle lathes is desired.
Maintenance Administrative Assistant
The Maintenance Administrative Assistant plays a critical support role within the Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for inventory and asset management, purchasing tools, parts and supplies, reporting, data entry, and general administrative duties that contribute to efficient maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Asset Management

Evaluate and improve current inventory processes for end-user effectiveness.

Automate and generate reorder reports using Asset Essentials.

Conduct regular audits to improve inventory accuracy.

Maintain accurate records of primary and secondary equipment assets.
Purchasing
-
Primary responsibility for purchasing inventory, equipment parts, and supplies.

Streamline purchasing by standardizing parts across vendors.

Manage communication with vendors: phone, email, and online ordering.

Resolve procurement issues to ensure timely deliveries and increase machine uptime.

Collaborate with maintenance technicians to identify and source parts as necessary.
Downtime & Reporting

Generate and analyze downtime reports using Asset Essentials and Overall Equipment Effectiveness metrics.

Track scheduled time versus downtime for performance improvement insights.
Administrative & Technician Support

Review and audit maintenance work orders for accuracy.

Schedule maintenance services as requested.

Create and assign work orders, particularly during machine downtime or partial functionality.

Provide clerical and logistical support to maintenance staff as needed.
Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience in a technical or maintenance setting.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency with various software (e.g., Asset Essentials: Maintenance Management Software, Quickbooks, Gmail, Microsoft Office and Excel).

Strong communication and vendor management skills.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with automated inventory systems.

Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments.
